Continuously monitoring the properties in our portfolio, providing support during ongoing maintenance and repair work, accepting and handing over flats and recording these procedures, as well as preparing and monitoring larger maintenance projects, renovations and modernisations: all of this is in good hands with our Technical Management Department.
